Getting Back On The Horse After Being Sick
Getting “the bug” is a part of life. And we all know, life happens. We’ve all fallen off the horse, and sometimes it’s okay. It doesn’t mean you can’t get back on, and it certainly doesn’t mean life is over… The things you wanted were just pushed back a bit. There will be setbacks. There will be “trials and tribulations”. Life isn’t perfect. In the words of Mr. Tony Horton, the creator of P90X, “Do your best, and forget the rest!”
If you’re feeling sick, take a rest. In order to recover from your strenuous workouts, you body needs to be healthy. I read a post on Beachbody a while back that I’d like to share with you. One last thing before I end this post. While I was just opening a cough drop, I noticed that there were words printed on the wrapper. I opened it up and what do you know…? The words were actually sayings, and they are related to this post. Here is a picture of it. How ironic. 🙂
