My name is Paul, but everyone calls me Pablo, thanks to my late father-n-law, Steve!
Personal Life
My wife and I will be married for 18 years this October. We met in high school but didn’t get together until after I graduated.
We have 2 awesome kids that are damn near grown, or think they are at least!
We moved 2 hours outside of Houston to a small town in the country called Woodville where we’re playing Monopoly and trying to collect as many properties as we can.
In my personal time I run a CNC machine and 3D printers, and we’re in the process of standing up 3 wood art galleries in different restaurants around town.
I’ve also built a website for one of those restaurants and about to build another for the other restaurants soon.

(Hardware ranges from Dell PowerEdge/Dell EqualLogic/HPE ProLiant/HP Blade/Nimble/Cisco UCS/Aberdeen/etc…)
-Domain builds and migrations.
(This includes installing all services, configuring AD/DHCP/DNS, building out the users from CSV, file shares and permissions, GPO, printers, etc… I’ve done enough of these that I’ve scripted most of the build out process to make it faster.)
-RDS/TS and SQL deployments/migrations.
-Azure/O365 environments.
-Federations/Azure AD Connect.
-O365/Mail/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint migrations

-Cloud signatures via Exclaimer.
-Backup/recovery via Veeam and Synology, and monitoring with BackupRadar.
-Offsite backup replication via C2 and between multiple locations.
-Duo/MFA with local login, RDP, O365, VPN, and wireless.
-NPS/Radius.
-3rd party SSO with Azure.
-Phone systems via RingCentral, Avaya, Teams and trading turrets.
