The Day Before Day One

Have you tried and failed time and time again? How many times have you said, “Tomorrow, I’m going to start working out”? Answer me this… How many days did you make it? Day one? The next day you’re too tired, so you think, “Yesterdays exercise was tough. I’m just starting. I’ll rest today and get back into it tomorrow.” You essentially said, “I’m going to quit today and start over tomorrow.” Another day one… You basically gave up before you started. Well, here it is. The day before day one. Day zero. Tomorrow stars the beginning of a journey. We challenge you to start your day one. Your last, first day. This time, it’s going to be different. Your not going to fail. We want you to start a new life for yourself. A transformation. Quit your bad habits and create good ones. It’s the small things you do, consistently, that have a compound effect on your life. You’ve waited for life to happen long enough. It’s time to live it.
